Consumers’ expectations are healthy foods with affordable price, good shelf life and high safety.Meat inspection requires good manufacturing practices, safety labelling which complies with the regulations. If not, then it gives result to zoonotic transmission. The problems of meat borne diseases often arises at an alarming rate. These diseases transferred are mainly due to bacteria while virus, prions, moulds and parasites also play some roles.
