- To create enabling environment for research and development in Science and
- To Promote use of Information Technology in national development .
- To conserve the life- supported elements ( air ,water , soil).
- To promote and develop the indegenous methodology , and
- To encourage intelligent class by creating proper opportunity in environment field.
