Structure for Growing Orchids

Can be grown in Flat roof orchid house

➢ Roof may be covered with split bamboo or wooden plate with 5 cm width placed in north south direction lengthwise leaving 2 cm gap in between.

➢ Convenient height should be 3 m.

➢ Orchid house must be humid and moist so small tanks or decorative pools can be located inside the orchid house.

➢ The sides of the house should be flat completely open for free movement of air.

➢ Sun loving orchids cab be cultured in the sunny corner of the orchid house. If necessary, during the summer months, sunny corners can also be covered by providing split bamboo nets or by any seasonal creeper.
