Release of enveloped viruses from dying host cell:

Inside host cell, all viruses formed are naked (ie: genetic material + capsid). Extra proteins for envelope are formed inside host cell which bind/integrate the formed incomplete virus to host cell membrane and from budding structure. At last, along with host cell membrane, virus is released. The new virus acquires the host cell membrane plus viral molecules as an outer envelope.
