Semen collection methods and evaluation:

There are three common methods.

  1. Use of artificial vagina
  2. By Electro-stimulation method.
  3. By massaging the ampulae of the duct us differences through rectal wall.

The ideal method of semen collection is use of artificial vagina which is safe for sire and the

collector also.
