Dusting

  • It is the process of spraying the fine mist of chemicals on the animal body.
  • Generally done to control the ectoparasites like mites, ticks, etc.
  • Care need to taken to prevent the animal from licking their hairs or skin as can cause damage to their internal organs.
  • The applicator too needs to wear a protective covering to prevent the chemical penetrate their superficial organs.
