How to write title of a research article?

There are certain things that you need to consider before writing the title of a research article.

a) Write few possible words.

b) Accurately describe the content of the paper

c) Avoid ergastic phrases such as “A study of …”, “Investigations of …”, “Observations on …”, etc.

d) If it’s a study of a species, include organism’s name (Scientific name)

e) If region specific, include the name of the place.

f) Title should be brief and informative.

g) Use only 10-12 words.

h) Avoid abbreviations

I) Present title that includes, if possible, the study design.

j) Title must capture the conceptual significance for a broad audience.

a) Short

b) Explains the context of the research.

c) Carries Scientific name of the organism studied.

d) Has no abbreviations and numbers.

e) May carry method if it is a novel method.

f) May carry place name if the research result is unique to the place.
