Identification:-
- Egg:- Yellow , laying tender shoot ,leaf , singly
- Larva: – Light green in
- Pupa :- Light green in color , hanging on stem, wall
- Adult: – Black with yellow marking, both thorax and abdomen are yellow laterally and black dorsally and ventrally
Life cycle :-
Egg —3-7 days–> larva —2 weeks–> Pupa —12-20 days—> Adult
Management :-
- Hand pickling .
- Egg parasitoid :- trichogramma
- Bacillus thuringiensis (Biolep, Dipel ) @ 5 gm /L
- Larva parasitoid :- Bracon Cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus.
