a. Herbs, spices and condiments
- These plants provide special flavors, scents and color to the food and the crops with curative laxative (medicinal) and pesticide properties
- Example: Vanilla, Nut meg, Mint, Black pepper, etc

- These crops are grown for their oil content

- The products of the sap of these plants are obtained by tapping from the bark
- Example: Rubber plant, Papaya, etc.
