a. Fat and Oils:

  • Monoacyl glycerol, diacyl glycerol and triacyl glycerol.

 

b. Fat soluble vitamin:

  • A, D, E, K

 

c. Fatty acid derivative:

  • Leucotriens, Prostaglandin, Prostacyclins, Thromboxanes

 

d. Glycerolipid:

  • Lecithin, Cephalin, Phosphatidyl Serine and Phosphatidyl Inositol.
