Red cotton bug (Dysderus koeinigii ,pyrrhocoridae , Hemiptera )

Management
- Trap crop: okra
- Moistened cotton seed should be hanged up in different place in the field where bugs congregate, they may get kill with kerosene water.
- Uproot and destroy the alternate wild hosts Hibiscus asper, cannabinus and H. trionus.
- chloropyriphos 20 EC @ 2 ml/l or Acephate 1g/l.
