Rice leaf folder (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, Pyralidae, Lepiodeptera )
- Sporadic pest , golden or yellowish brown in color, wings have 2-3 wavy line characterized by dark band .

Identification
- Egg :– white egg on leaf and leaf sheath
- Larvae: after hatching feed tender leaf and later stage larvae fasten the longitudinal margin leaf together.
- Pupa :- +nt between the leaf
- Adult :- wings have 2-3wavy lines

Egg–5-6 days –> larvae –18-20 days—> Pupa –5-7 days –> Adult
