• DIRECTS new investments to priority outputs, especially rice, citrus, apple, vegetables, livestock, and forestry products.
• APP prioritized citrus and apple as high value fruit tree crops
• The target was to increase annual growth rate of high value crops from 4.8% to 5.8%
• The fruit production growth rate was targeted from 5.13% to 6.29%.
• APP gives first priority to fruits among high value crops.
