  • Zinc application enhances root growth, nodulation and nitrogen content of nodules.
  • Foliar application of 0.5% Zinc Sulfate mixed with 0.25% lime was also effective in correcting zinc deficiency.
  • Foliar spray of 0.5% (w/v) ferrous sulphate has been found effective in correcting iron deficiency.
