Digestive enzymes

a) Carbohydrates: Disaccharides & polysaccharides broken down into monosaccharide with the help of enzyme.

b) Lipase: lipids are break down to fatty acid and glycerol with the help of enzymes ligase or hydrolase.

c) Proteases: break down the protein into peptone and plypeptide 

d) Cellulase: cellulose is breakdon into monosaccharides.

Above four types of enzymatic digestion takes place in the midgut.
