Introduction
- Ruminants are those animals, which are having complex stomach divided into four, compartment namely rumen, reticulum, omasum and abomasums.
- In ruminants food taken into the stomach is returned to the mouth and subjected to a second chewing and again swallowed this process is known as rumination. Cattle, Buffalo, Sheep and Goat are ruminants domesticated animals.
