  • GO sector unable to provide all the services and facilities as demanded by farmers
  • Partnership Project and program have found more effective at reduced cost
  • The concept of partnership among GO, NGOs and private sector is becoming world wide
  • Donors are in favor of partnership with GO/NGOs and private sectors
  • Household coverage of GO sector is very low (13%) there is large scope to increase the HH coverage by partnership with NGOs
  • ADS, APP the 10th plan and consequent plan envisaged the agriculture development in the country with the involvement of GOs and NGOs sectors.
