Critical Path Method(CPM)

– It is done to know project completion time.

– Scheduling set of project activities.

–  Finding longest duration time of the project.

– If you can estimate perfectly the time required for project then it is called deterministic activities.

– If you can’t estimate perfectly the time required for project but  can assume it , it is called variable activities. It is also called as PERT Technique.
