Disadvantage :

a) Vague planning

b) The objectives are multiple and not clearly related to the project activities.

c) Many important factors are outside the control of project manager which made it difficult for the management to accept responsibilities for outcomes.

d) The full benefits of utilizing LFA can be achieved only through systematic training of all parties involved and methodological follow-up.
