Steps of Strategy setting

a) Project identification: Comprehensive step a series of interactive dialogue needs between villagers and program.

b) Prioritization: to prioritize the schemes identified through diagnostic survey and select 1-2 schemes for implementation based on availability of resources within and from outside among the prioritize list action takes place at different level
