Accommodation

It is a process of developing temporary working agreement between conflicting individual or groups.
In other words, it is state of balance between cooperation and conflict, achieve through a conscious attempt by the conflicting parties to reach in an agreement.

Characteristics of accommodation

Accommodation is the natural result of conflict
Accommodation is mainly an unconscious activity
It is a continuous process
It is a mixture of both love and hated
